RoboUP's Survey Activities and Summary 2024: User Feedback Drives Innovation & Bigger Prizes

So far in 2024, RoboUP has conducted five surveys, gathering valuable user feedback and insights to enhance our products and services. Here's a summary of our survey activities and what's next:

1. RoboUP's Email Survey (February)
To upgrade our services and enhance our users' email experience, we launched RoboUP's email survey. Within two weeks, we received over 1,000 responses. The first 200 participants were rewarded a $15 Amazon gift card.
2. Celebrate Easter with RoboUP (April)
We celebrated Easter with a special survey to better understand how our fans learn about lawn mowers and the RoboUP brand. From over 200 participants, five lucky winners were selected to receive $15 Amazon gift cards, celebrating Easter with us.
3. App Usage Guidelines Survey (April)
To continuously optimize our app for better user experience, we conducted a survey focused on App usage guidelines. The first 100 participants who completed the survey within seven days won a $10 Amazon gift card.
4. OTA Firmware Upgrade Survey (May)
In preparation for lawn care season, we aimed to improve our software and firmware through the OTA firmware upgrade survey. With over 2,000 participants, we received crucial feedback. 5. RoboUP Co-Creator Recruitment Survey (May)
We launched a survey to recruit RoboUP Co-Creators. Based on the information provided by respondents, we selected suitable co-creators to receive:
- RoboUP's latest models.
- Valuable rewards and gift cards.
- Popular accessories for free.
- An opportunity to visit our HQ in Shenzhen, China.
6. Upcoming Events
This month, in celebration of the Olympics, we are launching a new survey. If you missed the previous co-creator recruitment, don't worry. This upcoming questionnaire aims to gather seed users, especially tech-savvy individuals, lawn care experts, and homeowners. Your expertise and feedback are invaluable to us.
